The User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Terms and Condition in accessing Items4.Sale. If you do not wish to be bound by and comply with term and conditions, please do not access and use Items4.Sale.

This Agreement is between Items4.Sale and any individual, association or other entity who accesses or uses the Items4.Sale website.

 

User Responsibility.

The User agree to access and use the Items4.Sale Online Classifieds Ads only for lawful purposes.  By using Items4.Sale, you agree that you will not :

• post or transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or indecent information of any kind including but not limited to any transmission that would violate local, state, national or international law.

•  transmit any information, images or other material which infringes on the right of others including materials which are protected by copyright law, trademark or other proprietary right or derivative works without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.

• destroy, damage, remove any content or information, material on the website that are not your own content or otherwise to hinder, interfere or disrupt the ability of others to access and use Items4.Sale Online Classifieds Ads website.

• claim relationship to any business, association, or other organization for which you are not authorized to claim such relationship.

 

Items4.Sale Ads and Content

• You acknowledge that ads on the Items4.Sale is generally provided by individual contributors and Items4.Sale affiliates. Items4.Sale is not connected in any way to the individual, association, organization, company who offered, posted or transmitted the products and/or services either through classified ads or link to and from Items4.Sale and will not guaranty the accuracy, reliability, truthfulness, completeness those products and/or services.

• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish any of the content of Items4.Sale in any form of media without the consent of the owner of the content or of Items4.Sale

• You may upload, transmit, post, publish through Items4.Sale only content that is not subject to any Intellectual Property Rights, or content in which any holder of Intellectual Property Rights has given authorization for distribution over the Internet and on Items4.Sale without restriction.

• You agree that by submitting Content, you automatically grant and/or warrant that the owner of such content, has expressly granted to the Items4.Sale the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sub-license, distribute, perform, and display such Content, in whole or in part, worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology for the full term of any Intellectual Property Rights that may exist in such Content. You also permit the Items4.Sale to sub-license to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to such content. You also permit any User to access, view, store and reproduce the content for personal use.

• By providing your e-mail address for user registration, posting of ads or replies to ads, you are expressly allowing Items4.sale to send you e-mail for e-mail updates, which includes but not limited to responses to your postings, newsletters, system updates and promotions as Items4.Sale may offer from time to time.

 

Termination.

Items4.Sale may terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any part of the Items4.Sale , without notice, for conduct that the Items4.Sale believes is a violation of this Agreement or any policies or guidelines posted by the Items4.Sale . Items4.Sale may discontinue operating or terminate this Agreement without notice at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Items4.Sale , and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, as well as the right of Items4.Sale to the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sub-license, distribute, perform, and display such Content, in whole or in part, worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology for the full term of any Intellectual Property Rights that may exist in such Content shall survive.

Items4.Sale, its parent company, owners, affiliates or their respective officers and employees are not responsible for any goods or services that are linked to or from Items4.Sale. All such content, goods and services are made accessible by independent third parties and are not part of Items4.sale and use thereof is at your own risk.

Items4.Sale, its parent company, owners, affiliates or their respective officers and employees shall not be held responsible or liable, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have cause by your use of any content, goods, services linked to or from Items4.sale.

Items4.Sale, its parent company, owners, affiliates or their respective officers and employees do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, truthfulness, completeness of content posted and/or transmitted by user  (individual, company, organizations, association) or any entity that posted the content.

You expressly agree that your use of Items4.Sale online classified is at your own risk. Items4.Sale, its parent company, owners, affiliates or their respective employees does not warrants that the Items4.Sale classified or any internet site linked to or from Items4.sale will be error free and uninterrupted, or the server are free of viruses, trojans or any other harmful components.

Under no circumstance shall Items4.Sale classified, its parent company, owners, affiliates, their respective officers and employees,  be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages under or arising from this agreement.

The Items4.Sale Online Classifieds is  provided “as is” “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

This Agreement may changed from time to time as the needs may be deemed appropriate or necessary by Items4.Sale, without need of further notice to the Users.
